  Orthodontic Clear Aligners in Medically Complex Patients: A Breif Case Report on Renal Dialysis Managing orthodontic patients with renal failure on hemodialysis requires a careful balance of clinical precision and patient safety. These cases demand modifications at every level—from material selection to treatment mechanics. I recently managed a case using Maxflex™ trilayer clear aligners, and I'd like to share the key protocols that guided a safe approach. The Medical Problems: Altered bone metabolism Increased bleeding risk (due to heparin during dialysis) Higher susceptibility to plaque accumulation and infection Potential toxicity concerns from aligner sheet materials 📋 My Modified Protocol: Timing: Procedures were scheduled on non-dialysis days to minimize bleeding risk.  Capturing the Magic of 3D Printing with ELEGOO in Corporation with Talented Orthodontist Dr..Seif El Din Hegab


Excited to share our latest project using the **ELEGOO 3D printer**! Recently, we experimented with recording a time-lapse of our printing process, and it was an incredible experience.

Using a tool called **ResinLapse**, we were able to capture the intricate details of our resin prints as they came to life layer by layer. This not only showcased the precision of the ELEGOO printer but also provided a visually stunning way to document the entire process.

Time-lapse videos are a fantastic way to engage with the 3D printing community and share the journey of creation. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, I highly recommend giving it a try. It adds a whole new dimension to your projects and can really highlight the capabilities of your printer!
